The Merge Impact Pool™ is the heart of our ecosystem – a dedicated reinvestment pool that transforms our business success into community opportunity. Our funds are designed to support community innovation, early stage social entrepreneurs, and grass roots leaders who need additional support to scale their vision. Our model creates a closed-loop system where our business success directly fuels community growth. We don’t just consult on sustainability – we model it.
The Merge Impact Pool™ is currently in formation as a 501(c)(3). We are actively building the board and the revenue base that will fund it, and expect to file within the next 12 months.
How Our Funding Model Works
As our businesses grow, a designated portion of our profits are set aside and deployed as grants and supports for the organizations and leaders who need it most – but are too early, too small, or too grassroots to access traditional funding.
The Ideal Client:
Early stage social enterprises developing earned-revenue models that blend mission and financial sustainability. Grassroots nonprofits with proven community impact but limited access to funding. Emerging leaders from within communities we serve to have the vision and drive to build something lasting.
What we look for:
We aren’t looking for perfect grant applications. We’re looking for real people solving real problems with a sense of who they serve and why it matters. Organizations and individuals working in economic mobility, workforce development and communtiy resilience will be prioritized in our early cycles.
How Funding Works:
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Grantees can receive up to $25K depending on stage and need. All funded organizations can receive more than money – they receive access to the Merge+ network, including ongoing consulting support, digital resources, and connections to our talent management platforms.
