To demonstrate the very behavior we teach, Merge+ includes multiple earned‑revenue businesses that model sustainability in real time.

The first is Merge Executive Search™, a leadership placement firm focused on identifying and recruiting the talent required to execute modern, financially resilient nonprofit strategies. By pairing strategy with leadership, we ensure organizations have both the blueprint and the people to deliver results.

The second business is Merge Digital™, a specialized web development and impact intelligence studio built exclusively for nonprofits and social enterprises. We do two things exceptionally well: (1) we build donation optimized websites that helps organizations grow revenue and communicate their mission, and (2) we design and deploy custom impact dashboards that gives leaders real-time visibility into their program outcomes and health. In a sector where proving impact is essential to securing funding, Merge Digital™ gives organizations the infrastructure to tell their story with clarity and credibility.

Alongside these businesses, Merge+ will launch TalentMatch by Merge+™, a nonprofit and social‑enterprise job board, creating a centralized talent marketplace that connects mission‑driven organizations with the people who want to serve them. This platform strengthens the entire ecosystem by supporting workforce mobility, leadership development, and sector‑wide visibility.

All earned revenue from the Merge+ ecosystem contributes to the Merge Impact Pool™, a 501c3 reinvestment fund designed to support community innovation, early‑stage social enterprises, and grassroots leaders who need catalytic support. This creates a closed‑loop model where business success directly fuels community benefit.

Together, these interconnected arms form a full‑stack sustainability engine for the social sector.
